This proposal decimates an area that is rich in terms of it's soil it's beauty , ecology and heritage.

The Development will turn an area of natural beauty into an Industrial site

Please explain:

1. The development doesn't have any local ownership. 2. The Development will not create a number of local and long term employment opportunities - lack of community benefit is disappointing. 3. It will be an eyesore for many of the locals who regularly use the roads for walking and cycling. 4. The development will reduce the value of properties near the site and will drive local Welsh speaking tenants away from the area. 5. Low Carbon is a privately-owned company, and so I have major concerns regarding what would happen to the site if the company folds or when the panels reach end of life

Do you have any comments about the project location?

See above. I feel that there is plenty more options and opportunities to locate solar panels on industrial / brownfield sites. I have nothing against renewable energy and I agree that it’s needed, however this proposed location is suited for agricultural use and provides an opportunity for Anglesey/Wales to become self sufficient, especially during times when we often witness empty shelves in supermarkets due to brexit issues.

1. Area is NOT deemed suitable by local authority for Developments of this kind. 2. Area is in a Flood Zone 3. The site will impact areas of natural beauty and will have an effect on wildlife. 4. The development will have increase risk during construction especially working on narrow roads around the proposed site. 5. I am in favour of Green Energy as long as it's developed on Brownfield.

Proposed site is in a flood zone and brownfield /industrial sites should accommodate this type of development - not greenfield
